My name is Annelise Burholt.


I work with narcissism, dysfunctional relationships, healing, and spirituality.

I do this because I’ve lived it myself.
I know how hard it is to find your way back to yourself after manipulation, doubt, pain, and the slow breaking down of your sense of self.

Today, I help others on their journey home to themselves — through e-books, talks, and personal sessions that combine professional knowledge, spiritual insight, and practical tools.

My mission is to bring light, hope, and clear paths to healing,

When you have lived for a long time in stress, failure, or an unhealthy relationship, both your body-mind-psyche and your soul have been on massive overtime for far too long.

It affects everything in you. You may have difficulty getting a good, consistent night's sleep - or perhaps you have difficulty relaxing your body. Your thoughts wander too much and you may find it difficult to find the courage and energy to make your everyday life coherent.

You may be characterized by a body that feels heavy, wrong, tired or sick.

Your view of yourself and others may be impaired or non-existent.

Your spark is gone and you may have difficulty seeing a meaning in life or a meaning in what you have been exposed to.

Those closest to you may not fully understand what you are going through, and perhaps you yourself may not be able to see what is going on both in the world around you and within yourself.

This is what I can help you with in this therapy session.

In therapy there is room for you and the needs you have and that your body craves but that you may have completely forgotten in the chaos of life. We work with your process and where you are in it right now.

We do this with several different gentle approaches, including:

​

  • Talk therapy with your needs here and now

  • Various exercises to calm your nervous system.

  • Healing -mindfulness and breathing exercises

  • Chakra healing and art therapy to find energy accumulations in your body.

  • inner child work

  • Trauma and its identification

 

We work with healing the "whole you" so that you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that still need care and understanding.

 

A course can help you to:

 

  • release physical and emotional blockages

  • reduce stress, tension and psychosomatic symptoms

  • find new creative ways to process your situation

  • create contact with your inner child and strengthen your self-love

  • experience more balance and peace in both body and mind

Therapeutic counseling and guidance for those who find themselves in a narcissistic or other dysfunctional relationship.

Here you will receive professional advice, guidance and support if you are caught in the crossfire of a dysfunctional relationship of any kind. This is especially true for those of you who have children in trouble. You will receive good advice and precautions for the game you are in, and which you had no idea existed. You will be given the rules of the game and your options, so that you are best equipped and can protect yourself and your children in the best possible way.

The most important thing you learn here is how to communicate with your children when they tell you lies and stories that aren't true because they heard it from somewhere else.

How do you navigate the conversation with your children without putting the other person in a bad light and without your children being involved in the adults' conflict?

Subscriptions:

When you become a member, the amount is automatically deducted each month via the selected payment method.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time and will run until the end of the paid period. There is no commitment.

 

Delivery:

  • E-books are delivered as a download link via email immediately after payment.

  • Membership provides access to closed forum, resources and materials once payment is registered.

  • Therapy is arranged individually and takes place online or physically by appointment.

Right of withdrawal:

  • Digital products (e-books): There is no right of withdrawal, as this is a digital product that is delivered immediately.

  • Membership: Non-binding month to month. Can be cancelled at any time.

  • Therapy: Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. If cancelled later, the full amount will be charged.

I primarily have appointments on Wednesdays during the day and Thursdays late afternoon.

Currently all sessions etc. are online. I will send you a link. You must make sure that you have a good network connection and that you are not disturbed during the sessions.

Payment or cancellation of a session must be made approximately 24 hours before the scheduled session. Please contact me if for some reason you are unable to do this or if you need to reschedule.
Otherwise, your session will be cancelled. If you have paid and cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a refund.

It is important that you read the terms and conditions before joining a group or one of my sessions.
Please note that I take the liberty of excluding people from the groups who do not comply with the rules or who do not have the right intentions in their participation.
